GFK remains the Official Operations Partner of BKRS
Bobby Krug Racing Services (BKRS) and Global Force Kartsport (GFK) today announced the continuation of their partnership, naming GFK the Official Operations Partner of BKRS. GFK is a veteran-owned kart racing team operated by 2023 Ignite Series Heavy Class Champion, Matt Zigaitis.
“We are very excited to continue our partnership with Global Force Kartsport,” Bobby Krug, owner of BKRS, said. “Matt has been a critical asset to BKRS since before its inception last year and I look forward to our continued collaboration throughout the years to come.”
GFK will continue to support BKRS through logistical and operation aid across BKRS test days and race days, including Gateway Kartplex Ignite and SuperComp, Margay Ignite Challenge, Cup Karts North America, and Route 66 Series. Zigaitis will take his championship-winning kart experience into a part-time driver coaching role within BKRS in 2024. Additionally, BKRS will continue its role as Technical Advisor for GFK and will aid Zigaitis in his bid for the 2024 Margay Ignite Challenge Championship.
“BKRS has been a stalwart believer and a pillar of my karting endeavor long before we flew our respective banners," Matt Zigaitis, owner of GFK, said. "Our mission and goals align naturally and that, in and of itself, breeds growth and success. We acknowledge the challenges ahead and look forward to the adventures.”
